FIXED PACKAGES · WRITTEN SCOPE BEFORE WORK

Know your scope
before you commit.

Answer six short questions about your website. You get a scope summary, the items that still need a separate quote, and a plain-English brief you can send me — in about five minutes, with no account and no payment.

The planner asks for your name and email first, so I know who is planning something. Nothing is charged, booked or reserved here.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS, BEFORE ANY MONEY MOVES

WHAT YOU'RE INVESTING IN

Three starting points.
The same care.

01 / ESSENTIAL

Essential

A focused introduction for a small business or personal brand.

  • Up to 3 standard pages
  • Customized responsive design
  • One contact form & social links
  • 1 revision round · 14 days of fixes

1–2 weeks

03 / SIGNATURE

Signature

A richer content experience with more ways to run the business.

  • Up to 10 standard pages
  • Signature design & one CMS collection
  • One simple business workflow
  • 3 revision rounds · 30 days of fixes

4–6 weeks

Packages are starting points. Additional pages, logo work, booking, CMS, workflow automation, stores, AI and content creation are scoped and quoted separately.

HOW THIS GOES

Three steps. No mystery.

  1. 01

    Plan it here

Six short steps. You leave with a scope summary, the items that still need a quote, and a brief you can keep or send.

  2. 02

    Get a written scope

Send the brief. You get a fixed scope, a final price and a start date in writing before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build, test, hand over

Design and build, tested on real phones, then handed over with your content and access. Post-launch defects are covered for your package window.

THE QUESTIONS PEOPLE ACTUALLY ASK

Before you start.

Is this a final quote?

The package outline and feature list are a planning starting point. Anything marked needs a quote — stores, AI, custom scheduling, content creation — is priced after we talk, and the planner says so instead of hiding it in the total.

Why not just pick the cheapest option?

Because a cheaper tier can cost you later. Higher packages buy more design work, more revision rounds and included service allowances. The planner compares all three against the same requirements and shows the lowest eligible fit, so you can see what the next tier buys.

How long does it take?

Typically 1–2 weeks for Essential, 2–4 for Growth, 4–6 for Signature — measured from agreed scope, supplied content, site access and the deposit. Availability and added scope move that date, and the planner tells you when a request changes it.

What do you need from me?

Approved copy and usable images (and the rights to them), one decision-maker, and feedback gathered into consolidated rounds. The brief you download lists everything you entered so nothing is lost in translation.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Five minutes now saves a week of guessing.

Plan it, send it, and you get a written scope and a final price back — not a sales call.
